Aimee Lantzy grew up in San Antonio, Texas surrounded by family, trucks, and tacos. She is a lifelong writer and storyteller with a background and passion in playwriting. After completing her MFA in Playwriting, she happily stumbled into a lively, endlessly fascinating career transforming corporate education into story-based learning. Passionate about creating and nurturing narrative learning environments, Aimee now has twenty years in the learning industry. Currently the Global Head of Learning and Development at a tech company, Aimee genuinely enjoys spending her working hours crafting organizational learning strategy, mentoring and guiding learning teams, and devising new ways to engage the corporate audience. Highly motivated by the opportunity to transform corporate learning into a viable, quality education track for adults, Aimee has attempted to take every certification and course she can, much to her husband’s chagrin. Aimee recently completed her Doctorate in Education, with a specialization in narratology and corporate learning. 

Aimee lives in crowded Austin, Texas with her charming husband, squeezable four children, and very loud dog. She adores baking and spends her nights and weekends concocting new ways to force more chocolate into everyday desserts.
