The reality is that women, we are still fighting for change. While DEI is being adopted by most organizations, more needs to be done, and the higher we reach, the more support we need. Targeting equity, diversity, and inclusion by empowering women with education, coaching, and advisory make women more capable of driving, being an example, and creating positive changes leading organizations to be more adaptive to current times, creating a culture of inclusion, acceptance and openness towards one another.

To reach high, we must earn our way to be strong leaders. Not all women are adequately trained in emotional intelligence to manage people, resolve conflicts, have self-awareness, be accountable for their actions, and many other issues that require coaching, advisory, and support. When we learn to confront ourselves, we can create change in our environment from within.

We often act according to our best knowledge but only through discovery sessions and learning from expertise can help us create aha moments and breakthroughs. We love to make these moments with thought-provoking questions, but we also believe in the power of wisdom and experience. When needed, we use a combination of coaching and advisory that take women to a higher level creating results much faster than using coaching techniques only.

This is a complex topic we don’t like to admit, but often women have a more negative impact on other women than men do. There are many reasons for this, but when we invest in the right leadership and personal development, we can turn any relationship into a trustworthy one that creates a long-lasting and positive impact, creating a human-centric culture and an organization of exceptional leaders.

    There are many double standards when it comes to women in leadership and showing emotions. Also, the lack of awareness could lead to poor decisions while working and managing people. Once aware of our feelings, we can control our triggers and act accordingly, no matter the challenge.

    Women have more issues with confidence than men despite their experience, knowledge, or intelligence level. Is a constant inner battle, and many don’t know how to change. By being supported by other women experts, you’ll get the tools to change your belief systems.

    The main reason people miscommunicate is due to the lack of listening, making assumptions, and asking questions that build trust and create powerful bonds. We work on strategies to help foster better relationships on a personal and professional level.

    When we understand people, we can use our best judgment more appropriately and work better with different personalities. This skill is powerful and a must for leaders. We work with you to master this skill.

  • Rising High. Overcoming inferiority to become a winner

    Most women don’t realize that the reasons they are blocked, stuck, or are not getting their worth do not lack confidence. It goes deep into feeling inferior. We work together to change this from the core to reflect all areas of your life.

  • Positive mindset and intelligence

    Life presents us with challenges and unexpected situations that can push us to reach negatively, stay and dwell in the negative experience and make us react in a manner that might make the situation worse. Learning to remain and see the positive side of any case will allow you to stay focused and bounce back.

  • Daring to become exceptional

    Becoming exceptional is an unknown and inexperienced concept for most. But we all have our way of daring to reach our potential. We work with you to help you connect with this desire and find your way to become super-powerful.

  • Life and work balance

    Women are naturally multi-taskers, over-worry, and take on more work and responsibilities than they should. We work with you to help you understand yourself better, have a life and work balance, learn to delegate, let go, and prioritize so your time is invested assertively to what matters.

  • Learn to sell and show yourself as a winner

    Let’s face it, most women do not practice enough how to sell and showcase their worth and value. Often they miss opportunities due to their lack of assertiveness and confidence and being too modest, giving the impression they are not qualified. We will work together to overcome obstacles and convey your worth and value to win opportunities.

  • Persistence

    In general, it is up to us to create our own opportunities, and the number one block for women is the lack of persistence. Women face more challenges to be taken seriously, creating internal personal challenges that limit women. In this session, we will work together on becoming more tolerant to deal with rejection and be able to persist and build your case to persevere despite the barriers.

  • Stress management, anxiety, and dealing with hard times.

    You don’t have to go through stressful times alone. Life can be stressful, present us with real-life issues, such as health conditions and legal issues, or sometimes work can go through difficult situations. In this segment, we work together to give you the proper support to help you navigate the challenges you face so you can thrive and perform better. When not supported, we can drag our pains, tiredness, and emotional fatigue to our work—affecting our performance at work and home. We will help you prevent setbacks and add more stress or complications during already stressful times.

  • Transitions, acquisitions, & laid offs.

    During organizational changes, it is always challenging to adjust. The morale is low, and most people are stressed during uncertainty. This is where professionals struggle the most. To support people, manage, adapt, and navigate the changes, we walk by your side to help you get through it, thrive, stand out like natural leaders, and seize the opportunities presented to grow your career.

  • Becoming a woman, human-centric leader.

    We’ll bring up this topic upfront because women often don’t admit that we can be the worst enemy of other women. Many women have had painful career disappointments due to the lack of women leadership. In this session, we get real. We look deep into what happens in a woman’s mind when competition, fear, opportunities, ego, and other negative factors influence their decisions and hurt others. When we learn to understand ourselves, we can learn to understand others, be more emphatic, understand that there is more behind our perception, and learn how to manage ourselves not only for the sake of other professional roles but to become better people in the end, resulting in wiser decisions, better performance, better relationships, and effective results.

  • Work better with upper management.

    As women reach higher, they face other challenges. To be able to have strong relationships with upper management takes time and is not automatically given. But it is imperative to master these skills for success, to be able to influence, handle differences, and pitch opportunities so they can deliver their best in the role they got hired for.

Numbers don’t lie. Many women feel blocked, not taken seriously, not receiving the proper support, and are frustrated. Their growth opportunities are limited, and as they age, it gets worse.

This is a reality that many women face, and only some exceptions experience a different reality.

How do we start?

Over a conversation, we evaluate areas of weakness, challenges, obstacles, and desired goals, then we will agree on the 12 topics and areas to work on during 12 months.

The sessions are twice a month, for a 1:1 and 1-hour session each time, and a third session with a group joining other professional women.

By the end of the year, you will not be the same.
